Bald Hill to Diggers Rest Transfer Watermains
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Diggers Rest Township is currently supplied from the Sunbury reticulation system via an existing DN300
MSCL water supply pipeline along Vineyard Road. Rapid growth has occurred at Diggers Rest including
several estates east of Vineyard Road. The existing DN300 MSCL main is critical as it is currently the only
supply pipeline to Diggers Rest.
This project comprises the following;
- A DN600 pipeline from existing DN300 MSCL main along Vineyard Road to the tee connection with
the new DN375 watermain along Moore Road with provision for future extension to Bald Hill Tanks. - A DN375 watermain from Moore Road to Davis Road with provision for future extension to the existing
DN375 watermain at Banks Drive.
